Due to size and weight, car lifts may ship via freight carriers.

  • Delivery is usually curbside

  • A valid phone number is required to schedule delivery

  • Customer is responsible for unloading unless lift-gate service is included


6. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


7. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer free returns for eligible products.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
